Taurecon lets to Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in the Quartier Heidestrasse
- Lease signed for some 2,500 square meters of office space in QH Core
- QH Core is the future heart of Quartier Heidestrasse
- Office spaces will be delivered to Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in the 4th quarter of 2020
- More than 90 employees of the German international corporate law firm will move in
Dr Martin Fleckenstein, partner in the Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft at the Berlin office, said on the occasion of closing the contract: “We have found a first-class, central and technically best-equipped location for our capital office in the middle of the new Europacity. Central location near the Berlin Central Railway Station
QH Core will be the future heart of the Quartier Heidestrasse and the northern Europacity at the Berlin Central Railway Station. Here a central office and residential location is being created with retail and gastronomy. QH Core comprises a total of 28,700 square meters of rental space. The new building is distinguished by its very striking red brick façade. The design for the six and nine storey buildings is the work of ROBERTNEUN Architects.
Digitales Quartier Heidestrasse
The Quartier Heidestrasse is among the city’s large project developments. Here a lively, urbane, digital and sustainable quartier is being created on some 8.5 hectares, combining all forms of modern work, life and housing. A total of 159,500 square meters of office and commercial space as well as some 920 apartments will be built in several construction phases. Along with QH Core, the QH Spring and QH Track project segments are under construction.
Taurecon Real Estate Consulting
The company was founded by Thomas Bergander to focus on real estate due diligence and project development for private and institutional clients. In Berlin the company is engaged in project development for Quartier Heidestrasse in the Europacity, responsible for coordinating the entire planning process from conception to completion. Services include among other things engagement and coordination of the teams involved, support during the construction permit, planning and competitions, as well as organisation of sales and marketing. Taurecon assumes the controlling function for the Wasserstadt project in the Europacity Berlin on behalf of Adler Real Estate.
